Eco Green Campaign

Water Treatment and Environmental Control (WATEC) Department of EJIP,  as a division  which have activities to treatment industrial water process, and also controlling domestic waste.

Everyday, Watec Department received many dried plants (including leaves, trees, bushes). This dried plants is garbage that collected by the gardening department whose daily activities to pruning and mowing the grass, bushes and trees in the Estate. This is the so-called organic material that becomes the main raw material composting. 

Composting is decomposed process of organic materials. This process recycles various organic materials from waste products and produces a soil conditioner and make soil fertile. The fertile soil will be an excellent place for plant to growing.

The main use of compost in EJIP for internal purposes, nevertheless, EJIP open for sharing this knowledge to students, and also contributed the compost to community.

Midori is one of the schools who are interested and teach their students to learn the making of compost. They also have school agenda "Green Bazaar" on March 14, 2020 which EJIP to particpate by donate some product sample to show to the students.
